To create an email with the Access Code automatically filled, you must create a Quick Step in Outlook, here's how.


Open Outlook.


Click on Create New under the Home Tab and in the Quick Steps group.


Enter the eFax name and click on the drop down arrow next to Choose an Action, scroll down and select New Message.


Enter the Access Code pertaining to the Dept of your choice in the Subject line.


Click on Finish after confirming all the information is correct.


The Quick Step eFax option will now appear in the Quick Steps box.
