Open Outlook email.


Click on People, on the bottom left corner.


On the Home tab, click "New Contact" under the New group.


Fill out the highlighted boxes: Full Name and Email.

The email has to be followed by the required eFax settings.


Save and Close


To create a new email, return to Mail 

and click on New Email


Type in the contact name and the email will now autofill in the To: box.
