1. After opening the 'Office Procedures' template. Highlight desired diagnosis that will be attached to order.

2. Click on the 'Miscellaneous' drop-down arrow to display picklist. Scroll down and select the penicillin g benzathine inj 1,000,000 Un injection.

3. After selecting the injection, it will drop down to the office service selection. Enter the following information.

4. After entry check the 'Performed' box to update status to completed. Then click the 'Place Order' then 'Save & Close'.
