IMO- New Assessment : IT Service Desk

Introduction

This training material is a review of using the IMO (Intelligent Medical Objects) by adding assessments for today's visit.

1. From the 'SOAP' template, under the Assessment/Plan panel click on the 'Assessment' on the left side menu to open the template.

2. After opening the template, click the 'IMO CORE' blue button to open the tool.

A. Search- search bar to find a diagnosis

B. Problems- view and add problems to Today's visit

C. Billing History- view diagnosis history and add to Today's visit

D. Favorites- view favorite diagnosis history and add to Today's visit

E. Add To: Add desired diagnosis as Today's assessment, problems or both

F. Add to Favorites-checkbox to add selected diagnosis to favorites

G. Filter check-boxes- this will narrow searches

H. Links to jump to other windows, such as A/P Details, diagnostics, referrals, etc

I. Manage Favorites- view selected favorite diagnosis and add new

1. In the search bar, start typing the desired diagnosis. The dropdown list will prompt as typing.

2. To add the desired diagnosis, click the plus button.

3. Some diagnoses might need to be more specific. Click the down arrow to specify.

4. After selecting specifics, the diagnosis search list will narrow down.

1. Today's selected diagnosis will display under the 'Assessment' list.

2. If the Problems tab is selected then the diagnosis that was selected will display under this category.

3. Any diagnosis that was selected to be entered as Today's assessments and a problem, then select the 'Both' tab.
