Introduction:

This training material is a review of how to access any reassign, rejected and sign-off items in the PAQ (providers approval queue) history tab.

Accessing the template

1. After opening the PAQ, click the 'History' tab.


Search Tools

1. Click on the Events drop-down arrow. Check all that apply.

2. Click on the Items drop-down arrow. Check all that apply.

3. Enter a timeframe. Select either within days or between dates.

4. After entry, click the 'Search' button to display results.


Actions

1. Select the desired item to open the available actions.

2. The following are the available actions that can be taken when viewing from the history panel:

    a. Chart- opens the patient chart that is attached to the item

    b. Full Screen- can view the selected item in full screen, click the full-screen button to go back to the original view

    c. Recall-place the selected patient on a recall plan to return annually

3. Other action options are available on the top toolbar such as printing, different viewing, etc.
