This article is regarding the DX/AP History function in the SOAP template. Using this function can copy any past diagnosis and plans for today's encounter. When opening the window, an error message appears 'Unable to retrieve data fro this grid'.
If encounter this issue, check the 'Encounter Assessments' radio button to change views. A list of visits (encounters will display on left side) select desired visit to display the diagnosis and plans. Highlight and click the 'Copy DX/AP'. After entry, click the 'Close' button. Selections will show on the SOAP template.
