When you receive an email from Barracuda Networks <[email protected]>, click on Manage Quarantine in the upper right corner.


When you first visit the page, you will be prompted to change your password.


After creating a password, you will need to set a schedule for delivery.  Initially, the only times will be daily between 4:00 am and 5:00 am.  Adjust the time by clicking the box (changing it to blue) for the times you want a notification sent.  We suggest between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday, include Saturdays if you work weekends too.

 


In the Message Log tab, your quarantined messages will be available.

You can check the messages you want delivered and you can also Whitelist the sender.  Whitelisting will send the message and will not stop any future message from being delivered.  You can also delete the messages without delivery using the red Delete button on the right.

You can also review previous message that have not had any actions taken for the past month. Select the drop down on the Search bar and select the date range.
