Accessing Template
There are multiple ways of updating patient status tracking. It can be done on the appointments tab in the Inbox or when in the patient's chart from the patient information bar.
1. Open the appointments from the Inbox module.
2. Select the desired patient to open the patient information at the bottom of the window.
3. After opening the patient's chart, click on the compass icon under the patient picture ID. This is located in the patient information bar.
Updating Status from Inbox
1. Click on the desired patient for appointment information to display at bottom of the window.
2. Click the 'Update' tab to open the room and status fields.
3. After entry click the 'Commit to Changes' to apply changes.
4. After apply update patients status is visible on the schedule.
Updating Status from Patient Chart
1. After opening the patient's chart, click on the compass icon under the patient picture icon on the patient information bar.
2. Click in the Room and Status box to display picklist to select from.
