Accessing Template

1. The name of the template is 'Office Procedures'. It is available as a sublink under the tabs of Intake and SOAP template.  

2. For providers, it is available under the 'Assessment/Plan' panel within the SOAP template.


Assessment/Diagnosis


1. Before submitting an order, a diagnosis must be selected. Click on the 'Add' button under grid to open the assessments tab. 

Please refer to the 'IMO workflow' training material for additional information. 


2. Highlight desired diagnosis to attach with injection.


Selecting Injection


1. After highlighting the desired diagnosis, click on the 'Miscellaneous' drop down to display picklist to select from. 

2. Select the desired injection. Then check if the 'Injection' radio button that is next to the 'Miscellaneous'. 


Submitting Order


1. The order will display below, finish entering all order shown highlighted. Click in the white boxes to display picklist to select from. 

2. After entry, check the 'Performed' box to change the status of the order to complete.  

3. Click the 'Place Order' button then click the 'Save and Close' button. 

4. Double check to view that injection billing went through. Click the 'File' then Superbill to view today's charges.
