To create a email group in your Outlook, click on People at the bottom of your open Outlook.


On the Home Ribbon, select New Contact Group



Name the Group and click Add Members.  


Select From Outlook Contacts.  This will include any contact you have created that is not an Altura employee or employees without an Altura email address


Once you've selected all of the members click Save & Close



Now you can use the Group name is the To line to send the group a email.
