In EHR open the ‘File’ menu and select the ‘Patient Education’ to open a search window.
In the ‘Search Criteria’ box either type in desired education or select from the left side categories.
From the left side categories, click on the plus symbol to open that specified category. Then select desired education.
After selecting desired education, can change the language for the document. (i.e. – toggle to Spanish etc.)
At bottom of document, select send to patient portal or save to encounter.
