From the Intake template select the blue text ‘Immunizations’ link to open the ‘Orders Module’. Select the ‘New Order’ drop down arrow then select the ‘Immunization Order’ item.


Select the desired vaccine and a ‘Review Allergies’ window will appear. Select if necessary or if no allergies exist select the ‘No To All Allergies’ box. Then click the ‘Save’ button.





At bottom of of the module select the ‘Vaccine Details’ tab to enter vaccine details. 



Check the ‘Is VFC’ box if administered from VFC stock. Then Select the drop down arrow on the Lot# to select the lot for the administered vaccine. All of the information should appear. Then select the ‘Save and Send’ button.
