Altura has established a new remote gateway and server farm which is accessible from a webpage. To access the webpage, type https://remote.altura.org/RDWeb in the address bar.
A login box will appear. Type tchcdom\Username in the username box and then your password you use
to log.
Once authenticated, you can use the icons for the application you’re wanting to open such as NextGen EMR.
Once the authentication is complete, the application will load without opening a new desktop. The application will appear to be running on your computer but will actually be running on ALTURA servers.
