1. Login to EHR and navigate to the patient you wish to manage
2. Once you've opened the patient chart navigate to file on the menu bar and select "Patient Portal">"Enrollment"
3. After select "Manage Portal Enrollment" you'll see the screen shown below. From this section you can un-enroll, reset tokens for passwords or enrollments and update email address and basic rights.
