Thick Client
Group policy should take effect on users logged into a thick client computer, a printers icon should be present on your desktop, using this you can add any printer on the network.
1. Find the Printers Icon via your Desktop
2. Select the printer you wish to install by double-clicking on it.
3. The appropriate driver will be installed to your computer.
Thin Client (Terminal Server)
All printers are installed on terminal servers by default, all you need to do is set your preferred printer.
